RECRUITMENT PROCESS

IN 5 STEPS





Your application is studied specifically by a recruitment officer who will accompany you throughout the process.
If your application is successful, you will be invited to a first interview to define your professional project and put it in perspective with our career opportunities.
In case of correspondence, a second interview will be taken with your future Team Manager to assess your technical and personal qualities. An interview focused on your soft skills based on a personality questionnaire may also be offered to you by your recruitment manager.
You may then be invited to a final interview with the manager of your future entity OR email for the electronic signature of your contract to confirm previous assessments and define the terms of a contract.
If the result is positive, you will be invited to a final meeting to finalize your recruitment or recieve a Welcome Box at home.
